Kruz

Terms of use

Short and human: use Kruz sensibly, safely and with consideration for others.

Effective from October 20, 2026

1The service

  • Kruz is an app and website for group navigation and trip planning. It’s in testing, so it may change and occasionally not work.
  • It’s free to use for now.

2Safety on the road

  • Traffic rules and road signs always come first. Navigation is only an aid – the route, speed limits and traffic information may not be accurate or up to date.
  • Don’t operate the app while driving. Leave it to a passenger or the voice.
  • “Where to today?” loops are picked by a computer from open maps. Before you set off, check that the road is passable and suitable for your vehicle.

3Your account

  • You’re responsible for your account and password. You can delete your account at any time in the app.
  • Only invite people who agree to it, and never share other people’s location without their knowledge.

4What not to do

  • Don’t post offensive, illegal or other people’s content, and don’t abuse the service (spam, automated bulk requests, attempts to break in).
  • We may block accounts that seriously break these rules.

5Maps and data

Map data © OpenStreetMap contributors (ODbL). Aerial imagery © ÚGKK SR / ZBGIS and © ČÚZK (CC BY 4.0), satellite © EOX (Sentinel-2 cloudless, CC BY 4.0), traffic © TomTom.

6Liability

  • We provide the service as is, without warranty. To the extent permitted by law, we aren’t liable for damage caused by an inaccurate route, a service outage or data loss.
  • These terms are governed by Slovak law.
